About us

Our founders spent nearly seven years running a shared scooter service, long enough to have tried every way they could think of to fix the industry's core problems: the high labor costs of maintaining, rebalancing, and recharging fleets, vehicles chronically underutilized and spread across low-demand areas, and the constant struggle to keep urban clutter under control.

Years of operational experience.

No matter the approach, the answer kept pointing to the same root cause: the hardware had reached its ceiling. Without smarter vehicles, there was only so much any operator could do. That realization became the founding conviction behind Stark. For the past five years, we've been building the technology to transform how shared fleets operate, making them smarter, more efficient, and better for riders, operators, and cities alike.

Our Vision

We envision a future where shared mobility is smarter, more responsive, and more accessible for everyone. One where fleets are no longer static — waiting to be managed — but dynamic: actively responding to demand, optimizing their own utilization, and operating with increasing autonomy over time. At Stark, we're building the platform that makes this future possible: starting with connected fleets and remote operations today, and expanding toward fully autonomous capabilities tomorrow.

Stark Vision

From Static Fleets to Living Infrastructure

Stark is creating a new operating model for micromobility, one where fleets are no longer waiting to be managed, but actively responding to the needs of operators, riders, and cities alike.

Operators Icon

For Operators

Lower labor costs, smarter fleet management, and vehicles that move where they're needed without dispatching a field team.

Riders Icon

For Riders

Scooters available where and when you need them, because fleets that respond to demand in real time are fleets that actually serve you.

Cities Icon

For Cities

Smarter fleet operations mean fewer vehicles cluttering sidewalks, faster compliance, and a more sustainable role for micromobility in urban life.
